I met Mr. Lee 2011 and managed my rental property in Rialto, Ca. My experience with him is excellent and has no problem. He is doing his job well and always communicate with me even a small things about my rental property.

My experience with Esquire has been excellent. I bought a rental property on 2006 and Esquire has done a fantastic job of managing the property. I deal with Lee ("Archie") and he has been nothing but professional, responsive and has looked out for my best interests in a fair and honest way. It's been 7--years of great service. Lee/Esquire was referred to me by my real estate agent who still uses his services and recommends him to clients.
I've been in business a long time and know that you can't be in business a long time without having a few unhappy clients. I have found it is easy to get a client to say something "bad" about you and 10x as hard to get a client to say something good about you.

After interviewing several property managers, I choose Mr. Holland to manage my Riverside property because he was prompt for our appointment, had some great improvement suggestions to enhance my property and was very knowledgeable about the area. In fact during our interview, a family came to the door inquiring if the home was for rent and I was VERY impressed how Mr. Holland graciously answered their questions about the schools and conveniences in the area and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. I was glad to witness him in action and hired him on the spot. That was in 2007 and I have since hired him to manage my Murrieta property as well. He is a GREAT property manager! He runs his business with integrity, stays on top of all issues until they've been successfully completed, at the same time keeping me informed and updated. I feel at peace knowing Mr. Lee Holland is my property manager and highly recommend him!!
